Description: The terms and conditions presented herein establish the contractual agreement between you and Thornton Heath Airport Minicabs. By booking a taxi and utilizing our services, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

In this agreement, "Thornton Heath Airport Minicabs," "we," or "us" denote the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business entity, or company making a reservation with us.

Booking

2.1 It is imperative that you allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers requiring adherence to flight check-in times. Thornton Heath Airport Minicabs cannot be held responsible for delays arising from insufficient time allocation or failure to be ready for collection at the scheduled time.

2.2 You are responsible for selecting a vehicle size suitable for all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Please note that regardless of age, a child counts as a single passenger.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair accessibility must be made at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotation is based on the information provided by you. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. Material changes to the itinerary may result in alterations to the provided quote.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and covers airport parking fees. Additional waiting time will be charged at our standard rate. While we endeavor to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Thornton Heath Airport Minicabs of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, by credit card, or by debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage or spoilage to the vehicle caused by passengers may incur a cleaning charge.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained according to their age, height, and weight.

4.4 We are bound by licensing and insurance regulations regarding passenger capacity.

Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges apply if a vehicle has been dispatched before cancellation.

5.2 Cancellation charges may apply to bookings made through our online system if canceled before dispatch.

Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrival, we are not liable for losses due to circumstances beyond our control. We bear no responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business under any circumstances.

6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.

6.4 You agree not to hold Thornton Heath Airport Minicabs liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any action or omission by any member of your party.

6.5 Parties cannot exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or other matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 We may subcontract our obligations under this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information by the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Thornton Heath Airport Minicabs and yourself.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any rights to third parties unless agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any disputes or claims must be raised within 30 days of the booking pickup date. We are not obliged to entertain claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
